Melissa Pugh, with a BS in Applied Science in System Analysis from Miami University, has transitioned from a computer programming career to become a multifaceted professional in finance and real estate. Initially founding her own tax preparation business, Melissa's career evolution led her to real estate, focusing on multi-family residential projects and REOs. Currently, she serves as a Financial Coaching & Homeownership Manager at Project for Pride in Living and runs ZigZag Realty, her own real estate brokerage, blending her expertise in finance, real estate, and coaching to empower individuals in achieving financial stability and homeownership.
